Ominous Recordings

Ominous Recordings should be seen as a part of the musical revolution, a label that refuse to be a part of the mainstream. A label based on the emotional side of music.
It's not based on any kind of genre. OR is strictly based on the feelings that the artist succeed in creating with their works.
The feelings OR is searching for in music are the following:
Darkness, depression, melancholy, pain, agony, angst, hatred, despise, desorientation and isolation. This does not mean that OR will release every band that contain the feelings above, and it does certainly not mean that every Black Metal band will get released by OR.

OR will concentrate on finding bands in other genres that, hopefully, will succeed in making the music more atmospheric, more emotional and more depressive, than the basic Metal bands.

But of course this does not mean that OR will refuse to release Metal, but it has to be more than just the basic sounding Metal that florish today.
